The 2022-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager may have defective right and left side curtain air bags that can lose pressure during a crash. This increases the risk of passenger ejection and injury.

What is recalled
2022-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles with side curtain air bags. Recall numbers 06D, 10D, and 11D apply. Check your VIN on NHTSA.gov starting April 2, 2026 to confirm if your vehicle is included.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own a 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 Chrysler Pacifica or Voyager. Check your vehicle identification number (VIN) on NHTSA.gov starting April 2, 2026 to verify inclusion. If your vehicle was previously repaired under recalls 25V302 or 25V573, you need the new repair too.

Contact Chrysler at 800-853-1403 or visit your Chrysler dealer to schedule a free replacement of the side curtain air bags. Dealers began notifying owners by mail on May 14, 2026.
