Certain 2025 Toyota RAV4 vehicles have improperly welded front seat brackets that may not hold occupants safely during a crash, increasing injury risk. Toyota will inspect and repair the welds for free.

2025 Toyota RAV4 vehicles with potentially improperly welded front seat bracket welds on the seat rails.

What to do right now
Contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 to confirm if your vehicle is affected. Dealers will inspect and repair the seat bracket welds free of charge. Owner notification letters will be mailed starting June 7, 2026. Reference recall numbers 26TB09 or 26TA09.
