Amneal Pharmaceuticals is recalling specific lots of Magnesium Sulfate IV bags because some pouches labeled as Magnesium Sulfate actually contain Tranexamic Acid, a completely different drug. Receiving the wrong IV medication can cause serious or life-threatening harm.
