Wheelchair restraint retractors on certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles may fail to lock, leaving wheelchairs unsecured during transit. An unsecured wheelchair can move and cause injury to passengers.

Contact Braun at 1-800-488-0359 or Q'Straint at 1-800-987-9987 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the retractors. Braun will mail owner notification letters starting May 25, 2026.
