Certain 2023 to 2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles equipped with Braun wheelchair restraints may have faulty retractors that fail to lock, allowing an unsecured wheelchair to shift during driving. This poses a serious injury risk to the wheelchair user and vehicle occupants.

Braun Corporation wheelchair restraint systems installed in 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may fail to lock and secure wheelchairs properly.
