Southern Telecom Recalls Brookstone-Branded Tabletop Fire Pits Due to Risk of Serious Burn Injury or Death from Flame Jetting and Fire Hazards

Brookstone-branded Tabletop Fire Pits sold by Southern Telecom are being recalled because they can cause uncontrolled pool fires and flame jetting from the fuel container, leading to serious or fatal burns.

What is recalled

Brookstone-branded indoor/outdoor Tabletop Fire Pits in three models: BSFIREPIT01 (UPC 680079015930), BSFIREPIT02 (UPC 680079015947), and BSFIREPIT03 (UPC 680079015954). These are round or hexagonal concrete open reservoirs designed to burn liquid alcohol. The model number and UPC code are printed on the bottom of the product packaging.

Am I affected

You are affected if you own a Brookstone-branded Tabletop Fire Pit with any of these model numbers on the bottom of the packaging: BSFIREPIT01, BSFIREPIT02, or BSFIREPIT03. You can also confirm by checking the UPC codes: 680079015930, 680079015947, or 680079015954.

What to do right now

Stop using the fire pit immediately. To get a full refund, email a photo of the fire pit to [email protected] with the word "Recalled," your name, and the date written on it in permanent marker. Then dispose of the product. Do not sell or give it away.
