What is recalled
Broqixin-branded white plastic pool drain covers, Model 11064W. Each cover measures about 7.36 inches in diameter, weighs about 3.84 ounces, and comes with two screws. "Model 11064W" is printed on the product packaging. Sold on Amazon.

You're affected if you own or operate a pool or spa fitted with a Broqixin pool drain cover marked "Model 11064W" on its packaging. Check the drain cover and its original packaging for that model number.
What to do right now
Stop using any pool or spa that has one of these drain covers installed right now. Then contact Broqixin at [email protected] to request a full refund. You will be asked to remove the cover, write "Recalled" on it in permanent marker, and email a photo of the marked cover to that address. Make sure your pool or spa is fitted with a compliant replacement cover before anyone uses it again.
