What is recalled
Build-A-Bear Workshop Heartwarming Hugs weighted plush bear, model number 034464. The bear has a side pouch containing a heart filled with 2.5 pounds of ceramic beads (heatable/coolable for comfort), secured with a zipper. The model number is on the label sewn into the back of one bear leg. The product is labeled for ages 3 and up.
