CCM Hockey visors (FMHVR Hybrid) and replacement visor accessories (ACCHVR) can crack when hit during play, creating sharp edges that can cause cuts or injuries. CCM is recalling these products and offering free replacements.

What is recalled

CCM FMHVR Hybrid Visors (style FMHVR) with serial numbers starting with "M/L" or "S/M", marked "HVR" at the top of the metal plate. CCM ACCHVR Replacement Visor Accessories (style ACCHVR) with serial numbers starting with "SR". These are black chrome visors sold with replacement visor, side clips, spacers, and screws.

Am I affected

You're affected if you own a CCM hockey visor with the model number FMHVR and a serial number beginning with "M/L" or "S/M", or a CCM replacement visor accessory (model ACCHVR) with a serial number beginning with "SR". Check the serial number engraved on the right-hand metal plate inside the visor.

What to do right now

Stop using the recalled visor or accessory immediately. Take it to a participating CCM retailer for a free replacement (FV1 full visor, FM780 combo cage, or FM580 combo cage).
