What is recalled
CCM FMHVR Hybrid Visors (black chrome, marked "HVR" above "CCM" in red, with serial numbers beginning "M/L" or "S/M") and ACCHVR Replacement Visor Accessories (with serial numbers beginning "SR"). Serial numbers are printed on the right-hand-side metal plate, inside the visor.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own CCM hockey visors or replacement visor accessories with the FMHVR or ACCHVR style code and a serial number beginning with M/L, S/M (FMHVR) or SR (ACCHVR) printed on the metal plate inside.
What to do right now
Stop using these visors immediately. Return them to a participating CCM retailer for a free replacement (FV1 full visor, FM780 combo cage, or FM580 combo cage). Find your nearest store at https://us.ccmhockey.com/product/storelocator. If no retailer is nearby, call CCM at 800-451-4600 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday) for a prepaid return envelope. CCM will ship your replacement once they receive the recalled product.
