Certain 2024 to 2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles were built with an incorrect radio that prevents the rearview camera image from displaying. This reduces your visibility behind the vehicle and increases crash risk.

2024 to 2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles with an incorrect radio that disables the rearview camera display.

You're affected if you own a 2024 or 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and your rearview camera image does not display on the vehicle's radio screen.
What to do right now
Contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 (recall number 57C). Dealers have been replacing the radio free of charge, and owner notification letters were mailed on August 7, 2025. If you have not had this repair completed, call to schedule it immediately.
