Certain 2024-2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles have an incorrect radio that prevents the rearview camera image from displaying. This reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing crash risk.

You're affected if you own a 2024 or 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and the rearview camera image does not display on your radio. Check your vehicle's model year and test the rearview camera when you shift into reverse.
What to do right now
Contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 to confirm your vehicle is affected and schedule a free radio replacement at a Chrysler dealer. All repairs are covered at no cost. Reference recall number 57C. If you have already received an owner notification letter (mailed August 7, 2025), follow the instructions provided.
