Chrysler Pacifica & Voyager Curtain Air Bag Recall

2025 CHRYSLER PACIFICA: AIR BAGS:SIDE/WINDOW:CURTAIN

Updated May 8, 2025

Chrysler is recalling certain 2022 to 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles because the side curtain air bags may have improperly sealed seams that cause insufficient pressure retention. In a crash, an underperforming curtain air bag raises the risk of occupant ejection and serious injury.

Is the Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) recalled? Yes. This product was recalled by NHTSA on May 8, 2025. Details below.

What is recalled

2022 to 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles with potentially defective left and right side curtain air bags. Chrysler's internal recall numbers for this campaign are 06C, 54C, and 55C. Note: this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall number 26V189, so vehicles already repaired under this recall still need the updated remedy completed.

Am I affected

You are affected if you own a 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 Chrysler Pacifica or Voyager. Check your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at the NHTSA recall lookup tool (nhtsa.gov/recalls) or call Chrysler at 800-853-1403 to confirm your specific vehicle is included.

What to do right now

Take your vehicle to a Chrysler dealership for a free side curtain air bag replacement. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning October 14, 2025. If you have not received a letter, contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 to schedule the repair. Because this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall 26V189, confirm with your dealer that the latest remedy is applied, even if your vehicle was previously serviced under this campaign.
