Chrysler Pacifica & Voyager Curtain Airbag Recall
2025 CHRYSLER PACIFICA: AIR BAGS:SIDE/WINDOW:CURTAIN
Updated May 8, 2025
Chrysler is recalling certain 2022 to 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles because the side curtain air bags may not hold enough pressure due to improperly sealed seams. In a crash, an underperforming curtain air bag raises the risk of occupant ejection and serious injury.
Is the Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) recalled? Yes. This product was recalled by NHTSA on May 8, 2025. Details below.
What is recalled
2022 to 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The defect involves the right and left side curtain air bags, which may have improperly sealed seams that cause insufficient pressure retention. Chrysler's internal recall numbers for this campaign are 06C, 54C, and 55C. NHTSA recall ID: 25V302000. Note: this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall 26V189, and vehicles already repaired under 25V302000 will still need the new remedy performed under 26V189.
Am I affected
You are affected if you own a 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 Chrysler Pacifica or Voyager. Check your vehicle's model year on the dashboard door jamb sticker or your registration. You can also enter your 17-character Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) at nhtsa.gov/recalls to confirm whether your specific vehicle is included.
What to do right now
Take your vehicle to a Chrysler dealership to have the side curtain air bags replaced free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning October 14, 2025. If you have already had the vehicle repaired under this recall, you must still return to a dealer for the updated remedy under the superseding recall (NHTSA 26V189).
