Chrysler is recalling certain 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles because the side curtain air bags may have improperly sealed seams that cause insufficient pressure retention. In a crash, an underperforming curtain air bag raises the risk of occupant ejection and serious injury.

What is recalled

Certain 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and 2025 Chrysler Voyager vehicles. Chrysler's internal recall numbers are 82C, 86C, and 87C. Affected Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are searchable at NHTSA.gov (NHTSA recall number 25V573000). Note: this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall number 26V189; vehicles already repaired under 25V573000 will need the new remedy completed as well.

Check your 17-character VIN (found on your dashboard near the windshield or on your registration) at NHTSA.gov to confirm whether your specific vehicle is included. Look up recall numbers 82C, 86C, or 87C for Chrysler's records.

What to do right now

Take your vehicle to a Chrysler dealer to have the side curtain air bags replaced free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 14, 2025. Call Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 with questions or to schedule service. Because this recall was superseded by NHTSA recall 26V189, confirm with your dealer that you receive the latest remedy, even if your vehicle was previously repaired.
