Todson is recalling the Concord 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up Bike Helmet because it fails to meet mandatory federal safety standards for retention and positional stability. In a crash, the helmet may not protect your head, creating a serious risk of severe injury or death.

What is recalled
Concord 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up Bike Helmet, size Large (L), fitting a head circumference of approximately 22.8 to 24 inches. The helmet has a black exterior with a built-in LED lighting system, black straps, black buckle, and a black plastic fit-adjustment knob at the back. "Concord" is printed on the back of the helmet. Sold by Todson.

You're affected if you own a Concord-branded 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up Bike Helmet in size Large (L). Check the back of the helmet for the "Concord" name and confirm it has a built-in LED lighting system and a black plastic fit-adjustment knob at the rear.
What to do right now
Stop using this helmet immediately. Cut the straps off the helmet to destroy it, then email a photo of the cut helmet to [email protected] to receive a full refund. Do NOT put the helmet in the trash, curbside recycling, or a used-battery drop box, it contains a lithium-ion battery that must be handled separately.
