What is recalled
DGIVOVO US-branded electric pressure washers, model C4012PLUS-1500C. The units are red, green, or blue with black accents, and measure about 7 inches high, 9 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. Each came with a 500 ml spray can attachment, foam cannon, four connect nozzles, a 20-foot hose, and two rollers. The model number is printed on a label on the back of the unit.

You're affected if you own a DGIVOVO US electric pressure washer with "Model: C4012PLUS-1500C" printed on the label on the back of the unit. The unit may be red, green, or blue with black accents.
What to do right now
Stop using this pressure washer immediately. Contact DGIVOVO US by email at [email protected] to arrange a free replacement of at least equal value, including shipping. You will be asked to destroy the recalled unit first: unplug it, cut the power cord in half, photograph the destroyed washer, and email the photo to [email protected]. Then dispose of the destroyed unit.
