Dupray USA Recalls Neat Steam Cleaners Due to Risk of Burn Hazards or Serious Injury

Dupray has recalled its Neat Steam Cleaner because the boiler can rupture if it's overfilled, corroded, or the pressure release valve fails, sending scalding steam toward users or bystanders. Stop using it immediately and get a free replacement safety boiler cap from Dupray.

What is recalled
Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner, Model DUP020WNA. White base with a black flexible hose, sold with an accessory set (brushes, tools, a Velcro pad, and dust cloths). Affected batch/date codes are 0118-01 through 0425-05, printed on the rating label on the bottom of the cleaner.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own a Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner with model number DUP020WNA and a batch/date code between 0118-01 and 0425-05. Flip the cleaner over and check the rating label on the bottom, if your code falls in that range, stop using it now.
What to do right now
Stop using the steam cleaner immediately. Visit dupray.com/recall to request your free replacement safety boiler cap, you'll need the batch code from the bottom of the cleaner to confirm eligibility. You can also call Dupray toll-free at 800-881-8482 (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET) or email [email protected]. The new cap screws on easily and is provided at no cost.
