Am I affected

You're affected if you own or operate a pool or spa that has an Earthtec white ABS plastic drain cover that is 7 3/8 inches in diameter and came with two screws.

What to do right now

Stop using any pool or spa fitted with these drain covers immediately. Remove the cover from the pool, destroy it, and take a photo of the destroyed cover. Email the photo to Tonyidea at [email protected] to receive a full refund. While you wait, keep all swimmers, especially children, out of any pool that still has this cover installed, and replace it with a Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA)-compliant drain cover before allowing anyone back in the water.

Contact: Tonyidea by email at [email protected].
