What is recalled
EVLWZL and Gunugu brand mattresses, sold in 10-inch and 12-inch thicknesses and in twin, full, queen, and king sizes. The mattresses have a black top and sides and were sold compressed in a box. A white sewn-on label on the mattress cover shows the fiber content, size, and "WG/P Foundation." A black sewn-on label on the front side reads "EVLWZL."

You're affected if you own an EVLWZL or Gunugu mattress that: has a black top and sides, is 10 or 12 inches thick, comes in twin, full, queen, or king size, and has a white sewn-on label showing fiber content, size, and "WG/P Foundation," plus a black front label reading "EVLWZL."
