Fisher & Paykel is recalling certain 30-, 36-, and 48-inch free-standing professional gas ranges (RGV3 models) because the oven can experience a delayed ignition. Gas can build up and then ignite, causing the oven door to fly open and posing a serious burn hazard.

Fisher & Paykel free-standing professional gas ranges in 30-, 36-, and 48-inch sizes, all RGV3 series models, in stainless steel, available in natural gas (N) or liquified petroleum gas (L). Affected serial numbers begin with EEV, ERV, EAV, EYV, EUV, ELV, or RFV, and were manufactured between May 2025 and January 2026.
