2025 FORD EXPEDITION: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:POWER ASSIST:ELECTRIC:CONTROL MODULE:SOFTWARE

Ford is recalling certain 2025 Ford F-150, Expedition, Bronco, Ranger, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles because a software fault in the Electronic Brake Booster (EBB) module can cause a sudden loss of power brake assist. Without power assist, stopping distances increase significantly, raising the risk of a crash.

Certain 2025 model-year vehicles: Ford F-150, Ford Expedition, Ford Bronco, Ford Ranger, and Lincoln Navigator. Ford's recall number is 25S77 (NHTSA ID: 25V488000).
