2025 FORD EXPEDITION: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:POWER ASSIST:ELECTRIC:CONTROL MODULE

Ford is recalling certain 2025 Lincoln Navigator, F-150, Expedition, Bronco, and Ranger vehicles because the Electronic Brake Booster (EBB) module can fail while driving, causing a sudden loss of power brake assist. This extends stopping distance and increases the risk of a crash, including when advanced driver assistance features are active.

Certain 2025 model-year Ford F-150, Expedition, Bronco, and Ranger vehicles, and 2025 Lincoln Navigator vehicles. Ford's recall number is 25SD4. You can check whether your specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is included by searching at NHTSA.gov (VINs were searchable from December 3, 2025).
