Certain 2025 to 2026 Ford Explorer, Lincoln Corsair, and Lincoln Aviator vehicles have windshields with visible air bubbles that can block the driver's view. Reduced visibility while driving increases the risk of a crash.

2025 to 2026 Ford Explorer, Lincoln Corsair, and Lincoln Aviator vehicles with affected windshield glass containing visible air bubbles.

You're affected if you own a 2025 to 2026 Ford Explorer, Lincoln Corsair, or Lincoln Aviator. Check your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on NHTSA.gov starting October 27, 2025, to confirm whether your vehicle is included in recall 25C60.

What to do right now

Contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 to schedule a free windshield inspection and replacement if necessary. Dealers will complete the repair at no cost. Ford mailed owner notification letters beginning November 6, 2025.
