Updated June 13, 2025

Ford is recalling certain 2025 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks because a brake booster pushrod retaining spring may be missing. If the spring was never installed, the pushrod can disconnect from the brake pedal, causing a sudden, complete loss of braking, which greatly raises the risk of a crash.
