During cold weather, the windshield wipers on certain 2024-2026 Ford Mustang and 2025-2026 Mustang GTD vehicles may get stuck on high speed or stop working entirely. This reduces visibility and increases the risk of a crash.

Contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332 to find out when the remedy becomes available. Dealers will inspect and replace the wiper motor free of charge. Interim notification letters are expected to start arriving July 8, 2026, with additional information once the repair is available in late March 2027.
