What is recalled

Gigglescape Under the Sea Popping Toy. The toy has a clear plastic dome mounted on a blue plastic base shaped like a whale, with colored balls inside that pop up when a child pushes a plunger on top. "Gigglescape" is printed on the front of the package and imprinted on the bottom of the blue plastic base. Sold exclusively at Target.
