2027 Chevrolet Bolt EV; 2025 to 2026 Cadillac XT5, CT5, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade IQ, Escalade IQL, Lyriq, VistiQ; Chevrolet Blazer EV, Colorado, Corvette (Coupe, Convertible, Convertible E-Ray), Equinox, Equinox EV, Silverado 1500/2500/3500, Silverado EV, Suburban 1500, Tahoe, Traverse; Buick Enclave, Envision; GMC Acadia, Canyon, Hummer EV (Pickup, SUV), Sierra 1500/2500/3500, Sierra EV, Terrain, Yukon, Yukon XL. Check your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on NHTSA.gov to confirm your vehicle is affected.

You're affected if you own one of the listed General Motors vehicles from 2025 to 2027 and your radio did not automatically download the electronic owner's manual during production. Check your VIN at NHTSA.gov or contact GM customer service.
What to do right now
Take your vehicle to a General Motors dealer for a free radio reset, which will allow the electronic owner's manual to download automatically. If you received a notification letter (mailed April 16, 2026), follow its instructions.
