Golden Link has recalled Fantastic Four drinking cups and Captain America popcorn helmet containers sold as movie theater souvenirs because children can easily access the button cell batteries inside. Swallowing a button cell battery can cause internal chemical burns and death.

What is recalled
Golden Link Fantastic Four Invisible Woman drinking cups (blue) and Human Torch drinking cups (red) with LED lights, and Captain America Popcorn Helmet Containers (navy blue and silver, approximately 85 oz) with LED lights. All were sold as souvenirs at movie theaters tied to the Fantastic Four and Captain America movie productions.

You're affected if you have any of these movie theater souvenir items: a blue Fantastic Four Invisible Woman LED drinking cup, a red Fantastic Four Human Torch LED drinking cup, or a navy blue and silver Captain America LED popcorn helmet container (about 85 oz). If you bought one of these at a movie theater as a Fantastic Four or Captain America movie souvenir, stop using it now.

Stop using these products immediately, especially if children are present. The hazard
The cups and containers violate the mandatory standard for consumer products with button cell and coin batteries because they contain button cell batteries that can be accessed easily by children, posing an ingestion hazard. In addition, the products do not bear the warning labels required by Reese's Law. If button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, including internal chemical burns, and death.
