What is recalled
Hampton Bay Halwin 52-inch Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fans with model numbers AK396H-MBK (matte black) or AK396H-BN (brushed nickel finish). UPCs 840059614922 or 840059615370 appear on the product packaging and the rating label inside the fan mounting plate.

You're affected if your ceiling fan is a Hampton Bay Halwin 52-inch model with model number AK396H-MBK or AK396H-BN (check the label inside the mounting plate or the product packaging), or the UPC is 840059614922 or 840059615370.
