Hollis 200LX second stage diving regulators are being recalled because the inlet tube can crack and break underwater, creating a serious risk of drowning. Stop using this regulator immediately until it has been repaired.

What is recalled
Hollis 200LX second stage diving regulators, made of black and red plastic and metal, with "200LX" and "Hollis" engraved on top. The serial number is located under the mouthpiece. The following serial number ranges are included: C3753 to C77735, S73202 to S8442, HA00001 to HA14873, and LX001698 to LX009896.

You're affected if you own a Hollis 200LX second stage diving regulator with a serial number that falls within any of these ranges: C3753 to C77735, S73202 to S8442, HA00001 to HA14873, or LX001698 to LX009896. Check the serial number printed on the label located under the mouthpiece.
