What is recalled
Hollis 200LX second stage diving regulators, made of black and red plastic and metal. "200LX" and "Hollis" are engraved on top of the unit. The serial number is located under the mouthpiece. The following serial number ranges are included: C3753 to C77735, S73202 to S8442, HA00001 to HA14873, and LX001698 to LX009896.
