2025 HONDA PILOT: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES

Honda and Acura are recalling certain 2021 to 2025 Acura TLX, 2023 to 2025 Acura MDX, and 2023 to 2025 Honda Pilot vehicles because the brake pedal pivot pin was not secured properly. If the pedal shifts out of position, the driver may not be able to brake as intended, raising the risk of a crash.

What is recalled

Certain 2021 to 2025 Acura TLX, 2023 to 2025 Acura MDX, and 2023 to 2025 Honda Pilot vehicles sold in the United States. Honda's internal recall reference numbers are FLX and XLY.

You're affected if you own a 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 Acura TLX; a 2023, 2024, or 2025 Acura MDX; or a 2023, 2024, or 2025 Honda Pilot. Take your vehicle to a Honda or Acura dealer, where technicians will inspect and replace the brake pedal assembly at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2025.
