What is recalled
Houoto model 642-2150V pool drain covers, sold for use in swimming pools. The covers are white, made of ABS plastic, 7-5/8 inches in diameter with 7-inch screw hole spacing. They were sold on Amazon by Prosperity goes straight up. The brand and model number (642-2150V) appear on the product's order receipt.

What to do right now
Stop using any pool or spa that has these drain covers installed immediately. To get a refund: remove the cover from the pool, make it unusable, write "Recalled" on it in permanent marker, and send a photo of the marked cover to [email protected]. Replace the cover with a Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA)-compliant drain cover before allowing anyone back in the water.
