Joolz Recalls Aer2 Car Seat Adapters for Strollers Due to Risk of Serious Injury from Fall Hazard

Joolz is recalling the Aer2 Car Seat Adapters for the Joolz Aer2 Stroller because the adapters can fail to lock onto the stroller, allowing a car seat to fall. This poses a serious injury risk to any child in the seat.

What is recalled
Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapters, sold as a set of two black plastic adapters designed to transfer a car seat from a car to a Joolz Aer2 Stroller. Only the adapters are recalled, the stroller itself is not. A product identifier starting with NL311 is printed on the inside of each adapter.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own the black Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapters (sold as a two-piece set) for use with the Joolz Aer2 Stroller. Check the inside of the adapter for a product identifier that begins with NL311. If you see that code, your adapters are included in this recall.
What to do right now
Stop using the adapters immediately and detach them from your stroller. Go to joolzcarseatadapter.expertinquiry.com to register for a full refund. Joolz will provide a video showing how to safely remove the adapters, and will send you a prepaid shipping label to return them. Refunds are issued by electronic payment or virtual prepaid gift card.
