Joy Furniture is recalling Talan and Royce powered sofas, loveseats, and recliners because the power switch can malfunction and overheat, creating a serious fire hazard. Stop using the power switch and unplug the furniture right away.

What is recalled
Joy Furniture Talan Collection and Royce Collection powered living room furniture sets, sold in sofa, loveseat, and recliner pieces. Models included: Talan sofa (JF1126-4PHL), Talan loveseat (JF1126-5PHL), Talan recliner (JF1126-9PHL) in medium gray; Royce sofa (JF1155-4PHL), Royce loveseat (JF1155-5PHL), Royce recliner (JF1155-9PHL) in brown. All pieces feature a power headrest and lumbar, pillowed arms, ultra-padded seating, and USB and wireless charging.

Check the model tag on your sofa, loveseat, or recliner for one of these model numbers: JF1126-4PHL, JF1126-5PHL, JF1126-9PHL (Talan, medium gray) or JF1155-4PHL, JF1155-5PHL, JF1155-9PHL (Royce, brown).
What to do right now
Stop using the power recliner switch on your furniture and unplug the power cord immediately. Joy Furniture will send an authorized technician to your home to install the upgraded switch at no cost.
