The drive converter sheave in certain 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 off-road vehicles can break, sending metal fragments into the engine area. This poses an impact and injury hazard to riders and bystanders.

What is recalled
Model Year 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 and Teryx5 H2 recreational off-road vehicles with model numbers KRT1000D, KRT1000F, and KRT1000G. The vehicles are lime green and have "Teryx4 H2" or "Teryx5 H2" printed on the driver and front passenger doors and the Kawasaki logo above the rear wheels. The VIN is on the right rear of the main frame underneath the rear fender and above the rear wheel.

You're affected if you own a 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 or Teryx5 H2 in lime green. Check the model number (KRT1000D, KRT1000F, or KRT1000G) on your owner's manual and verify the VIN on the right rear of the main frame underneath the rear fender.
