2024 and 2025 Kia Sorento, 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid, and 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid vehicles with a software error in the Body Domain Control Unit.

Take your vehicle to a Kia dealer for a free software update to the Body Domain Control Unit. Contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542 or reference recall SC331 if you have questions. Owner notification letters were mailed on February 21, 2025.
