What is recalled

2022-2025 Lexus NX350 and NX250 vehicles, and 2023-2026 Lexus RX350 and 2024-2026 Lexus TX350 vehicles. Toyota recall numbers: 26LB02 and 26LA02.

You're affected if you own a 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 Lexus NX350 or NX250; a 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 Lexus RX350; or a 2024, 2025, or 2026 Lexus TX350. Check your vehicle's year and model on your registration or dashboard.

Contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 to schedule a free software update or rearview camera replacement at any Lexus dealer. Notification letters were mailed on May 15, 2026.
