What is recalled

LiKee Pull String teething toys, model number LK-FDWJ. The toy is an off-white disc shape with a blue ball in the center and six multi-colored silicone tentacle-style pull strings running through the ball. The disc has three soft push buttons. The front of the packaging reads "Baby Sensory Toy" with the LiKee brand name; the model number LK-FDWJ appears on the back of the packaging. Sold on Amazon by ChilanTech.

You are affected if you have a LiKee Pull String teething toy with model number LK-FDWJ printed on the back of the packaging. Check for the off-white disc shape with a blue center ball and six multi-colored silicone pull strings.

What to do right now

Stop using this toy immediately and keep it away from children. Cut all the silicone tentacles to destroy the toy, then write "Recalled" in permanent marker on the toy's main body. Take a photo of the destroyed toy and email it to [email protected] to request your free replacement toy of at least equal value (shipping is also free).
