Liuqibax adult portable bed rails (Model BR-11) have been recalled because users can become trapped between the rail and the mattress, creating a serious risk of death by asphyxiation. The rails also fail to carry required hazard warning labels.

What is recalled
Liuqibax-branded adult portable bed rails, Model BR-11, sold in black or white. The rails measure about 30.5 inches wide by 40.5 inches tall and weigh 6 pounds. "LIUQIBAX" is printed on the product packaging. They were sold on Amazon by Luqiba.

You are affected if you own a Liuqibax adult portable bed rail with Model BR-11 printed on the packaging, in either black or white. Check the product packaging for the "LIUQIBAX" brand name and the model number BR-11.
What to do right now
Stop using these bed rails immediately. To get a full refund, contact Luqiba by email at [email protected]. You will be asked to destroy the rails first: dismantle them, cut off the safety strap and storage bag, and write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on both the upper and lower rails. Then email a photo of the destroyed rails to [email protected] and dispose of the product.
