Medline medical convenience kits: 1) POWERGLIDE DRESSING CHANGE KIT (Kit SKU DYNDH1576); 2) CENTRAL LINE TRAY W/ CHLORAPREP SWB (Kit SKU RWM-DC57KC). The kits contain BD ChloraPrep Triple Swabsticks with affected lot numbers and open seal packaging on the applicators.
