Noerishia adult portable bed rails (model KDB-504B) have been recalled because users can become trapped between the rail and the mattress, creating a serious risk of death by asphyxiation. The rails also fail to carry required hazard warning labels.

What is recalled
Noerishia adult portable bed rails, in black, measuring 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall, made of carbon steel, weighing 8.4 pounds. Look for "Model: KDB-504B" and "Batch: SO2025111104" printed on the product packaging, and "Noerishia" plus "Model: KDB-504B" on the instruction manual. Sold on Amazon by Hurzein.

Stop using the bed rail immediately. To get a refund, contact Hurzein by email at [email protected]. You will be asked to destroy the rail by cutting off the gray foam handgrip padding and cutting the securing straps in half, then photograph the destroyed rail and email the photo to that same address.
