Patoolio Direct electric pressure washers (models W8 and W6) are being recalled because they lack a built-in ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI), creating a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution.

What is recalled

Patoolio Direct-branded electric pressure washers, models W8 (grey and black) and W6 (orange, approximately 15 inches high × 12 inches wide × 12 inches deep). Both models came with four quick-connect nozzles and a foam cannon. "Electric Pressure Washer" is printed on the front of the unit above the on/off dial.

Am I affected

You're affected if you own a Patoolio Direct electric pressure washer labeled model W8 (grey and black) or model W6 (orange). Check the front of the unit for the text "Electric Pressure Washer" printed above the on/off dial to confirm the brand and model.

What to do right now

Stop using the pressure washer immediately. Then cut the power cord in half to destroy the unit, take a photo of the destroyed washer, and email that photo to [email protected] to claim your full refund.
