Pyro Diablo "Diablo Rising" 9 Shots fireworks (model PD-C5001) have been recalled because their pyrotechnic composition exceeds the federal legal limit for aerial fireworks. The overloaded devices can explode with far greater force than expected, posing deadly explosion and burn hazards.

What is recalled
Pyro Diablo branded "Diablo Rising" 9 Shots fireworks device, model PD-C5001. The packaging shows an orange dragon on a blue and purple background. The brand name, product name, item number, and warning labels appear on the top and front of the package. Sold by Bada Boom Fireworks.

You are affected if you have a fireworks device with the brand name "Pyro Diablo," the product name "Diablo Rising," and model number PD-C5001 printed on the package. Check the top and front of the package for these identifiers. The packaging features an orange dragon on a blue and purple background.
