You're affected if you own a Qabefy twin mattress that is 10 inches thick, has a white top and black sides with orange trim, and came in a compressed box with "Item NO.: CD01101US" printed on the packaging.
What to do right now
Stop using this mattress immediately. To get a full refund, you must destroy the mattress by writing "Recalled," your name, and the current date in permanent marker on the top surface, then email a photo of the marked mattress to [email protected].
