Certain vehicles equipped with Rollx QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints may have retractors that fail to lock, leaving wheelchairs unsecured during travel. This can cause the wheelchair to move and injure the occupant.

What is recalled

Rollx QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints installed in: GMC Yukon, Sierra; Chevrolet Express 2500; Ford Transit, E-250; Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid; Honda Odyssey; Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica; Dodge Grand Caravan; Ram Promaster. Refer to your owner notification letter for your specific model year.

Contact Rollx customer service at 1-800-956-6668 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the wheelchair restraint retractors if needed. An inspection and replacement will be performed at no cost.
