What is recalled
R.X.Y-branded adult bike helmets, item number Kx012 (printed on the instruction manual). One size fits head circumference approximately 22.44 to 24.41 inches. The helmet is blue and black with gray padding, black straps with a silver reflective center pattern, a black-and-red buckle, a gray chin strap, and a black plastic fit-adjustment knob at the back.
