SpringFlower's 5-in-1 Montessori Toy Set has been recalled because the airplane-shaped teething toy has small tentacle ends that can break off and choke a young child. The toy also fails to meet the mandatory federal safety standard for teething toys.

What is recalled

SpringFlower 5-in-1 Montessori Toy Set, model SFTODD05IN1. The model number is printed on the bottom of the product packaging. Each set includes six stacking blocks, six stacking rings, five sensory balls, a shape-sorting bin with four shapes, and an airplane-shaped pull-string toy with six colored tentacles. Sold on Amazon.

Stop using the toy set immediately and keep it away from children.
