SUGIFT Pressure Washer Recall: Shock & Electrocution Risk
SUGIFT Recalls SUGIFT Pressure Washers Due to Serious Risk of Injury or Death from Shock and Electrocution Hazards
Updated August 13, 2026
SUGIFT is recalling its 2.8 GPM electric pressure washers (model LTBBHG006) because they lack a built-in ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Without that safety device, and with a short power cord that pushes users toward extension cords, these washers pose a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution.
Is the SUGIFT Electric Pressure Washers, Model LTBBHG006 recalled? Yes. This product was recalled by CPSC on August 13, 2026. Details below.
What is recalled
SUGIFT-branded 2.8 GPM electric pressure washers, model LTBBHG006. The units are orange and black, measure about 11.4 inches deep, 12.7 inches wide, and 25.2 inches high, and come with a touch screen, foam cannon, four quick-disconnect nozzles, a 20-foot hose, and two rollers. The front label reads "High Pressure Washer." The model number does not appear on the product itself but was listed on the Best Buy website product listing.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own an orange-and-black SUGIFT electric pressure washer that matches this description: touch screen, foam cannon, four quick-disconnect nozzles, a 20-foot hose, and two rollers, with "High Pressure Washer" printed on the front. The model number LTBBHG006 does not appear on the unit, so check whether you purchased it through Best Buy's website listing for this model.
What to do right now
Stop using this pressure washer immediately. Make sure the unit is fully turned off and unplugged, then destroy it by cutting the power cord in half. Take a photo of the destroyed washer and email it to SUGIFT at [email protected] to receive a full refund. After sending the photo, dispose of the destroyed product.
Contact: SUGIFT by email at [email protected].
The hazard
The recalled pressure washers lack an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) and, because the power cord is short, it may encourage use of an extension cord, posing serious risks of injury or death from shock and electrocution hazards.
