Is the Topyond Pool Drain Port with Cover recalled? Yes. This product was recalled by CPSC on July 2, 2026. Details below.

What is recalled

Topyond white pool drain port with cover, sold as a "Port Replacement Drainer" for swimming pools. The unit is white plastic, measures 9.1 inches by 6.7 inches, and has a 2.3-inch connection opening. It comes in a cardboard box labeled "SP-2850V" and "X004F4YG5X, Topyond Pool Drain Port Repl. MADE IN CHINA" and includes stainless steel screws. There is no labeling or product identification on the drain itself. Sold by Jialyduu.

Am I affected

You are affected if you own or operate a pool that has a Topyond white drain port with cover installed. Check the cardboard box the drain came in for the model number "SP-2850V" or the label reading "X004F4YG5X, Topyond Pool Drain Port Repl." Note: there is no identifying marking on the drain unit itself, so the box is the key identifier.

What to do right now

Stop using any pool or spa that has this drain installed right now. Then: remove the drain cover, write "RECALL" on it with a marker, photograph it, and dispose of it (if feasible, cut around the perimeter to prevent anyone from reusing it). Email that photo to Topyond at [email protected] to claim your full refund. Make sure any replacement drain cover you install is certified as compliant with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act.

Contact: Topyond by email at [email protected].
