The instrument cluster display on certain 2025-2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicles may fail at startup, disabling the hazard lights, turn signals, seat belt warning, and smart key reminder. A failed display increases the risk of a crash or injury.

2025-2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicles. The instrument cluster display may fail to activate critical warning lights and systems during vehicle startup. Toyota recall numbers: 26TB16 and 26TA16.
