The rearview camera on certain 2024-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles with a Panoramic View Monitor may fail to display when backing up, blocking your view and increasing the risk of a crash. Toyota will update your vehicle's software for free.

2024-2025 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system.

Am I affected

You are affected if you own a 2024 or 2025 Toyota Tundra or Tundra Hybrid with a Panoramic View Monitor system. Check your year and model; Toyota's recall numbers are 26TB02 and 26TA02.

What to do right now

Contact Toyota at 1-800-331-4331 to schedule a free software update for your parking assist ECU. Dealers will perform the repair at no charge. If you received an owner notification letter in March 2026, it contains additional details.
